Cancellation And Refund Policy
Cancellation of Appointment An appointment can be cancelled at least before 4 Hours of allotted appointment slot with a cancellation fee of 25% of consultation Fees. No cancellation of appointment within 4 hours of appointment. Tax deducted/payment gateway services charges will not be refunded.
Refund Once the Product is received to the company successfully, Tek Humanity Pvt Ltd will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 7 working days.
Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made.
Appointment Policies -Doctor Appoint details shall be available in your LYFORG Mobile Application and through SMS Notification. Doctor has all rights to cancel the appointment due to any emergency or any personal ground. In such case, the user can opt for Cancellation (without Cancellation Fees) or Re-schedule the appointment. Tek Humanity Pvt Ltd is not liable for any losses to user due to Cancellation by Doctor/Clinic.
